Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and return the item within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.

Great quality and craftsmanship, I'm very pleased. It fits very nicely with the 2 chairs I recently purchased. It was very well protected with a crate for shipping, no scratch or damage. I just can recommend this shop, if i had a question they answer in a timely manner (timedifference). If i need something similar i know where to go.
