Handmade Green Moroccan Ceramic Sink – Hand-Painted Vessel Washbasin
Hand-painted in Fez, Morocco, this green ceramic sink showcases the character of traditional Moroccan pottery through detailed patterns, rich color, and skilled artisan work.
Each basin is individually shaped and decorated by hand, giving every piece subtle variations that make it unique. The green tones and traditional Moroccan motifs create a distinctive vessel sink suitable for bathrooms, powder rooms, vanity countertops, guest spaces, riads, hotels, restaurants, and other interior projects.
Moroccan Pottery Craftsmanship
Fez has been an important center of Moroccan ceramic craftsmanship for centuries. Local artisans continue to use traditional techniques passed from one generation to another, combining clay shaping, hand decoration, glazing, and kiln firing.
The production process includes preparing and shaping the clay, allowing the piece to dry, firing the ceramic, painting the decorative pattern by hand, applying the glaze, and firing it again to create the finished washbasin.
Small differences in pattern, brushwork, and color are natural characteristics of handmade pottery and make each sink one of a kind.
