Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged.

This item is truly a work of art! It’s so beautiful and the craftsmanship and effort that went into this piece truly speaks for itself! My bowl did arrive with a couple of minor chips in the rim of the bowl, I’m sure it happened during shipping. A totally understandable circumstance, I contacted the seller to see what kind of paint I should use to fix it and he immediately offered to send me a brand new one!! He was so helpful and friendly and responded to me very quickly. If we ever remodel again I would definitely purchase from this store again.
