This model is exclusive to our shop. Every fountain is handmade, so each piece has its own character, with natural variations in tile color, texture, and placement that make it truly unique.
Water Pump
The fountain comes with a 220V water pump.
The pump is easy to replace if your local electrical system requires a different voltage. If you purchase a new compatible pump because the included 220V pump is not suitable for your country, we will reimburse you for the cost of the replacement pump.
Built-In Wheels
Because of its large size, we designed this fountain with built-in wheels, making it much easier to move, reposition, or adjust its location when needed.
Safe Shipping
We take great care when preparing your fountain for international shipping and use protective packaging to help ensure it arrives safely.
In the unlikely event that the fountain arrives damaged, please send us clear photos of the damage and the packaging as soon as you receive the package. We will review the photos and arrange the appropriate replacement solution as quickly as possible.
Handmade in Morocco
Each fountain is individually handcrafted in Morocco using traditional mosaic and Zellige techniques. Small variations are a natural part of handmade Moroccan ceramics and are not considered defects—they are part of what makes every piece authentic and unique.

Return & Refund Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for non-custom items.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and return the item within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed.
