We gladly accept returns and exchanges for non-custom items.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and return the item within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.

These spotlight covers are extremely well made and the detail on them is stunning. Great communication and the parcel arrived so well packed there would never be any concerns about items getting damaged during shipment. Highly recommend.

These bear little resemblance to the photos. They are most certainly not made of brass (I'm a designer who works with brass all the time, so can be sure of this). They are made of very lightweight painted gold metal (I can scratch off the gold paint with my fingernail). They look too cheap to use for my project. Not what I was hoping for at all.
