Return & Refund Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for non-custom items.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and return the item within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.

Another beautiful lamp from farahdecorsoudage!!! We initially purchase one lamp from Ayyoub, then loved it so much that we purchased two more. Amazing craftsmanship and quality... far superior to a lamp we bought from another vendor. I do wish the 'amber glass' was actually amber glass, but it's a colored paper pasted to the clear glass. But this was a special request (to have amber glass), so I understand it may not have been possible exactly as we had imagined. Still 5 stars!!
