The fountain is gorgeous. The fountain was shipped across the Atlantic and arrived in perfect condition. I had some issues with the pump, electric cord and having to get a power converter, but Ayyoub was really helpful and responsive and helped make everything right in the end. I am very pleased with the product and the customer care.
